The CNRS teams bring unparalleled expertise in spin-torque nano-oscillator (STNO) physics, spintronic device fabrication, mutual synchronization of oscillator arrays, and the demonstration of neuromorphic computing using coupled magnetic devices.
Role in the Project
CNRS leads fundamental research on STNO physics and synchronization, develops spintronic RF neuron and synapse devices, and drives the experimental demonstration of multilayer spintronic neural networks.
